What is the process of cancelling a vehicle?
A: The motor vehicle owner shall sell the motor vehicle to the motor vehicle recycling enterprise, fill in the application form, and submit the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driver's license. The motor vehicle recycling enterprise shall confirm and dismantle the motor vehicle, and issue the certificate of Recycling scrapped motor vehicle to the motor vehicle owner.
The application form of motor vehicle registration certificate and vehicle recycling license shall be submitted to the motor vehicle management organization within 7 days after the vehicle registration certificate and recycling certificate are cancelled.
Within one day from the date of acceptance, the vehicle management office will review the certificates and certificates submitted, take back the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license, and issue the cancellation certificate.
